FIRST NOTICE OF INJURY REPORTING
This service is available for all states and allows the employer to phone in injuries through an 800 telephone number. An optional service is network direction at the time of the call. First notice of injury reports are faxed or electronically transmitted to the appropriate parties - the state, the claim paying organization and the managed care organization. |
